Lovely place but is hugely let down by its staff never have I been to a place with such rude and disrespectful staff before will not be returning again

This has been a popular pub in higham ferrers for as long as I can remember. Good mix of space with a pool table upstairs, darts, plenty of TV screens for football. Often busy, pretty good parking. Great big garden which is great in the summer. Regular events in which is nice. Beer selection is a bit lousy with mostly lager and cider. Not great for proper beers but still worth a visit.
