Was going to book a premier inn or similar but spotted the Hogsheads which was a better price and included breakfast. So pleased we did. Checked in online, room was lovely, clean, quiet and spacious. Had a really nice meal in the afternoon. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely look to use this group again

Had an amazing customer service experience today with a lovely lady called Kelly. She was informed, helpful and kind. We ordered 2 drinks and 1 meal, when she brought the food out she even brought us a second plate just in case we were sharing, which we were!! She was knowledgeable about the drinks they had to offer and made me an amazing iced latte, with cream!! :) thank you Kelly, I hope your management know how lucky they are to have such a wonderful member of staff. The food was stop on too!!
